By using the shop25silver.com website, you are agreeing to be bound to these terms. 25 Silver reserves the right to update the terms and will be effective immediately after being posted on this website unless otherwise specified. PAYMENTS:
All orders must be paid for immediately upon the time of purchase. This includes items that are available for pre-order or are backordered. Every order whether paid for by credit card or by PayPal will be paid as soon as you click to complete your purchase. No shipment of goods will be sent until payment is complete and verified.
SHIPPING:
25 Silver makes every effort to ship out each order within one business day. There may be some circumstances that can delay a shipment at which that time we will notify the customer for any delay beyond 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and will be sent a tracking number once it has shipped. Tracking numbers may not be updated until the next business day or when USPS scans the barcode in one of their facilities. Estimated delivery dates are simply estimates, they are not always 100% accurate. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding holidays that the USPS takes off. Shipments may be delayed due to weather or other disasters. Currently we only offer economy shipping, however if expedited services are required, you may request it in the comment field during checkout. Additional costs may apply to expedited orders.
RETURNS:
25 Silver offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. These items must be in new and resellable condition. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred sending the items back to 25 Silver. We require all returns to fill out a return request to receive an RMA number. Shipping charges that were incurred during the initial sending of the product will not be refunded. In the event of a free shipping promotion, our flat rate of $5.99 used for shipping will be deducted from the refund price.
